So its basically the minimum amount that you need to enter kingdom of dreams which can be further utilised to buy stuff and spend that amount all on yourself.

Culture gully basically is mini India as it represents culture, costume, jewellery and food of famous states in India: West Bengal, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kerala, Punjab etc. Anyone missing there hometown could definitely go there and refresh themselves.
